[German Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide
distribution

On March 24, 2015, BlackRock, Inc., Wilmington, DE, U.S.A., has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, have exceeded the 10%
threshold of the voting rights on 20.03.2015 and on that day amounted to
10.32% (this corresponds to 5,888,202 voting rights).

2.79% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1,589,646 voting rights)
are to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.

0.0002% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 89 voting rights) are to
be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 2 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.

7.73% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 4,413,043 voting rights)
are to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.

Further comment: Please note that the total amount stated above does not
necessarily equal the sum of the detailed attributed holdings. This results
from voting rights having multiple attributions within the BlackRock group
structure.

informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its voting rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, have exceeded
the 10% threshold of the voting rights on 20.03.2015 and on that day
amounted to 10.32% (this corresponds to 5,888,202 voting rights).

have exceeded the 10% threshold of the voting rights on 20.03.2015 and on
that day amounted to 10.32% (this corresponds to 5,888,202 voting rights).

On March 24, 2015, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, London,
England and Wales, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on LEG Immobilien AG,
Dusseldorf, Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the voting rights on
20.03.2015 and on that day amounted to 5.17% (this corresponds to 2,949,503
voting rights).

1.20% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 682,602 voting rights) are
to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.

3.97% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 2,266,901 voting rights)
are to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.

1.85% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1,058,384 voting rights)
are to be attributed to the company according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
