Dr Jochen Scharpe will end his position on the Supervisory Board of LEG Immobilien SE at the end of the next Annual General Meeting in 2024: "After almost 16 years on various boards and committees, now is the best time to give room to new ideas on the Supervisory Board of LEG Immobilien SE. I have always performed my responsibilities in the past with great pleasure and commitment and would like to thank my colleagues at all levels of the Group for their trust and support. Dr Jochen Scharpe has had special ties to the company since the privatisation of the former Landesentwicklungsgesellschaft NRW in 2008. Dr Scharpe, who holds a doctorate in business administration and was a long-time senior manager of the real estate division of Siemens AG, initially chaired the Supervisory Board of LEG NRW GmbH, the predecessor of today's public limited company, from 2008 to early 2013. Since LEG's successful IPO, he has been a member of the company's supervisory body.
A decision on a proposal for a new member of the Supervisory Board will be made in due course. The exact date of the 2024 Annual General Meeting will be announced at a later date.
